We are compiling secrets for a documentary about mental health structures and community. We all carry around secrets and stories, small pieces of ourselves that never see the world. Do you feel weighed down by them? Are you afraid of how someone’s feelings and perception will change?

Shout it into the void

We are inviting anyone with this weight to share, in your own words or language. This film is not just about personal pain, but about the conditions that make that pain unspeakable. We are not asking “why are people struggling?” We are asking, “Why do they have nowhere to say it?”
